Mediation is an informal process in which a mediator helps the people who have a dispute reach an agreement together. A mediator is neutral and does not take any person's side.

As a mediator, I will use the mediation process to facilitate an environment where all parties can talk freely to each other and get to heart of the problem; thereby, allowing those involved in the dispute to resolve the dispute themselves.
Sometimes you may just want another person's opinion on how to address a particular issue that may only touch a legal issue.
