Let me design a plan to ease your mind.

Whether you need help setting a budget or need a review of your current financial situation in order to determine if you should make any alterations to your financial plan, I can help.  I do not sell financial instruments, so my only focus is providing you advice so that you can strive to achieve a financial goal, such as home ownership, or saving for retirement.

I also can set up a will or trust for you , so you can have peace of mind for both you and those that you love.

Wills and Trusts

What do you want to happen?

Wills are important to have if you would like a say in the final disposition of your stuff when you die, that is -who gets what and who does not get your stuff.

If you do not have a will, that may be okay.  The state of Tennessee has laws in place that will determine who will get your possessions when you die.  A simple will is relatively cheap to set up.  If you are interested, contact Easterbrook Law.

Trusts are more complex and more expensive to set up than wills are.  Trusts are legal entities that can be used to achieve a variety of goals, such as the following: the distribution of assets when you die; reduce estate and gift taxes; or better protect your assets from creditors and lawsuits; and many other things.

If you need assistance with any of these things, let's talk.
